I registered my complain on 9th may 2022 at around 1 pm. I requested for more than 10 timws for immediate resolution as water is not purifying. Next day again I requested by customer representative around 20 times, they were just promising. I waited whole day as there was scarcity of water and I was expecting to get it resolved same day.Second day also passed away. On 3rd day after calling to customer services, they assured for speedy action.Almost whole working day has passed and now I got a call from service engineer that he is very far away from my location so he come after 5 pm. And we know by 6 pm service window get closed. Kubdly advuce hoe to tolerate this kind if service.only promising and not executing within 48hrs TAT.Not acceptable from such a big organization Kent ro.
