I have raised Kent RO service request on 29th August and scheduled it on 30th August 2 PM. Technician reached home before 12 PM when I was buy. I asked him to come at scheduled time. He left saying that he can come on the next day. I raised a complaint with Kent RO customer service multiple times on the same day requesting for technician service on the same day. But the issue was not resolved.
When I checked the status of the case in the Kent app, it is showing as closed.
