Kent Ro — Kent Service Required
I Have been using a Kent RO machine for the past 2 yrs. The pump-motor joint has started noising. Last two week I trying to contact with nearest Kent service centre, but their response is too slow. So i requested to provide the service as soon.

I Have been using using Kent Ro last April to 2016. I raised a request in November 2016 to check my Ro machine. Technician came and told me that service is required as water taste is not good. and he told me to come back day after tomorrow i called him many time. and contact in customer care. but they give very slow response. Now when my machine is out of warranty they are asking about Service Charges. they didn't provide any free service that was the complementary. when machine was in warranty no body came to provide service. and now u are take my request on urgent basis with Service charges. This is very ridicules. You are making fool to customers.
