I have purchased a kent ro (Kent superb< kr-[protected] in the month of aug, 2017. During installation service personnel found led are not displaying. On request for replacement, he suggested to make a complain to customer care. Till date customer care not solved the issue. Many times they are stating within 48 hrs, it will be attended. As in the first instance it is not working, i demanded for replacement. Company did not repair nor replaced till date. We are purchsing bottled drinking water from last 03 months.
