[Resolved] Kent RO — Service related despite my ro machine is in the contract | |||
I have been trying to get a service done for my kent ro machine since last one month. My machine is in contract but still kent service team is unable to do the service. I have tried to escalate through there customer helpline as well as through chat and email but no resolution. They do not have trained customer care representative and are unable to respond to my service request. When i ask for escalation, they simply put my phone on hold for hours. Have lost faith in this company and will not recommend kent to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||
