Updated by Shekhar Sangam Today I got a call from Sunil and he started to ask me why I raised the complain in a harsh and loud voice above all he handed over the phone to his superior who also spoke very rudely saying why I raised the complaint saying that they were sending there representative today. But I said that the complaint was raised on Monday and not today which I said to read properly and react. He also said that you tell my company name and he will raise a behavioral related complain there. Now I feel that raising a complaint is not possible for us a s such type of threatening we are getting .I expected the manager will solve this but he also reacted very badly.
Now what happened is that after raising my complaint I got a call on Wednesday from a lady saying that she will be sending the engineer but I said do not send as no body will be there please if you are sending then send in the morning and on Saturday as we are not there. But on Thursday morning that is today morning I got a call from a engineer sir can I come I mentioned the above thing and said please come on Saturday. he agreed. Again around 10 am I got again call asking that sir if I have said the engineer to come on Saturday for which I said yes and the
person took his engineer on conceal and confirmed and said to him that without fail please visit on Saturday by 11 am and we all agreed .
And again at 11 30 I got a call from sunil and all above incident happened.
So just want to know is it not right for raise a complaint or we have to first get confirmation from the
person with whom we had complain and raise. And I thing that whenever such things happen the Manger is the
person who sort this politely but here its all opposite.
Now really we are worried and expect a proper response and solution for this
Please take this matter seriously and resolve

Updated by Shekhar Sangam Adding to the earlier mail I not a
person to raise complaint for fun . We really raise complaint when we face such issue. I am also a responsible
person and I am very much aware when to raise complaint and when not.
