[Resolved] Kent RO — Service team not resolved issue

Kent service team has changed RO pump, filters (both sand and carbon) for resolving the TDS issue. Total charge Rs 3700/-
Due to this TDS is not resolved and increases more than 200, initially it was 139.
The actual issue was with RO membrane but which has only to cost Rs 2500/- . Now service team is not ready to resolve the issue and asking for another Rs 2700/- for new membrane.

Summary- Wrong identification by service technician for resolving issue, pump was ok but changed.

Now service team is not ready to resolve the issue.

Updated by amit9617772605 I have not received any call for resolving the issue from kent RO although I have shared my contact details.

Still the problem is not resolved from Kent RO.

Updated by amit9617772605 Today Kent RO person has called and told that we have to change more parts & it will cost. Already I have spent Rs 3700/- for same issue of high TDS. If I keep on changing spares its cost will be as high as cost price of new RO, I think it will be better to buy new RO.
I have seen first time such non technical technician and Engineers of Kent RO. They should stop giving services as they don't have system knowledge and are wasting customers money.
