Post installation warranty card was not provided to me and even after multiple request to vendor duplicate warranty card was not issued. Every month (For last 5 months) the kent machine stops working and technician asks to replace certain parts which cost around 4-5k. What is the point of having such a machine? My neighbor is having a aqua guard machine which is working absolutely fine. If my kent purifier issue is not fixed, i will also move to aqua-guard. Was this information helpful? | |
