Service provider came and said they rectified the problem but then again new problems arose again and again. We are really disturbed and annoyed with multiple problems which persist even after servicing.

I tried uploading video of the purifier with water leakage within the upper transparent half... But it failed. How many times do i have to do sericin... This is third time withinwithin a month. I have a small baby at home too. Looks dangerous thing to consume. It's just a year since purchase but servicing was 6-7 times so far... That too dissatisfying. Guess kent is losing its trust and earning bad reputation in the market. I will post it on social media as well i guess.
