I have bought a Kent water purifier on April 2015 . But after six months I faced several problem. Technician has told me that R.O. machine is not working properly and pumping machine also has damaged. i have complained several time but no one attend me. My warranty period will be expired on 17/4/2016.I have requested customer care many time but they did not heard me.Every time they have given me false consolation that An expert or an engineer will visit between 24 hours but no one has visit or contact me.
