I purchase Kent Gold on 12 Aug.15, The item was defective than I complain to costumer care in the month of oct 15 & nov 15, my case ID is MH-1031012 dt 31-10-15 & MH-1122008 dt 22-11-15. but till today not any response was taken and now customer care is not attending my call.
