Service people don't know what is the issue

I own a Kent Excel . Here are my concerns
1. Water was not getting purified so called the technician came and left without informing anything... Then we contacted the authorized service center. He said need to replace sediment filter, act carbon filter and carbon filter for which he charged ₹4300.
2 . After a month again some issue with the filter then asked the service center to checked. They said that a separate filter has to be installed for which he charged me ₹2500.
3. Again I had a problem with the water filter. They said the problem is with the water tank. Separate water tank was installed and charged ₹2050
I still have problem with water filter and they are asking us change the UV filter and UV chamber for which they are asking me to pay ₹4000+++
If there were so many problems in the filter they could have told us in the beginning so that I would have purchased new one.
But the problem is not that your authorized service center or the technician are incompetent in identifying the problem. They were not sure wat was causing the trouble. They just kept changing the parts and charging. They are still not sure what is causing the problem.
I called the service phone number on the other day. Spoke to Rashi and even before I started speaking to her I was transferred 3 times. She promised that the area manager would call in 2 hours.. I'm still waiting for that 2 hours.
I want my water filter to work.
