[Resolved] Kent RO — System not working properly and poor service | |||||
I have been using Kent RO from last 13 months, after 12 month service provider asked me to make a yearly maintenance contact with Rs. 5000 and i did it, but since from the changing filter and servicing water TDS value not been constant by the system it is fluctuating more than 100% and service provider explanation always is that supply water TDS value differing from time to time so filter water TDS value is increasing which is totally unacceptable so what should i do now, even i have a doubt that the service provider replaced the filter that is fake or duplicate not original from kent.
