Product Model No. 11022. Bought online vide Invoice No. S3C18F/15-16/1815 Invoice date 12 Oct 2015. Snapdeal delivered on 25 Oct 2015.
Since then machine could not be used. Machine is not getting on when Power
button pressed after connecting to wall socket and switched on.
Complained to Kent on phone. SMS came from Kent "Your Case ID WB/1031007
on 31.10.15 assigned to Piyash Engineering Works, Nabin Chandra Lane, Kolkata."
Waited 4 days nobody came. Called Piyash Eng Wks, they said they will not come
/service as they will not get payment. Informed Kent, Piyash Eng will not service and booked again. They sent sms "your case id WB/1105002 on 5.11.15 allotted to Piyash..." Again called Piyash and they said same they will not attend as they will not payment. Phoned Kent and told everything about Piyash, they booked again. SMS came same as before "Your Case ID WB/1109001 on 9.11.15
Allotted to Piyash..." It became clear KENT's attitude. Though they gave 3 different Case IDs but intention was same, to ignore.
Sent mail, no reply no sms either. I even asked for free demonstration on their website but also failed, nobody came.
Now last resort Consumer Complaint. My desirable resolution is either they make it functional (gets on when switched on) or they refund the money Rs 5000. In case they service then one year warranty has to be from the date serviced. Was this information helpful? |
