Don't send this type of very rude behaviour staff [protected] & [protected] ( mob no is attached ) to my house for service hereafter Followed strictly Very very worst service Long pending since from 05.08.2026;

Attended on 13.08.2026 problem not rectified arrange service today urgently reqd
On 15.08.2026 mr abu [protected] informed to attend service But not yet
On 16.08.2026 Mr Anand [protected] informed to attend collected location screenshot is attached for proof also but not yet attended .
I came to understand mr Selvakumar sales manager [protected] no any coordination and given to above agent for service and also instructed to them not to attend service on 16.08.2026 Very much unhappy due to this type of harrasment and no any cooperation from sales manager and very worst service rec'd from Mr Selvakumar manager
Due to your harrassment will not recommend kent RO to any one. planning to switch over to another eureka forbs now
Unable to register new complaint due to open status (attached ) unable to use since from yesterday
Informed to ur agent [protected] contacted several times mr abu [protected] Mr Anand [protected] no any response from above 3 phone no long pending since from I st day registration on 05.08.2026
But not yet attended till date
Kindly intervene and arrange service today w/o delay
