I have a kent ro filter issue where in i am getting noice in the machine on 17 nov 2018
Raised a complaint request no:[protected].
Tech named vijith - chennai location karapakam area has came in for a home visit told that the ro filter has gone bad. He said we can fix it only by replacing only the ro filter.
When i ask him the price of it he said cost : 4750.
When i checked with the the kent site : it shows powp-ro membrane welded 8"

When i asked the same to the kent customer care they said 2500 for the ro filter
When i tell them that the tech has cheated me by charging more they are not taking it seriously & saying that we will send an other tech to fix the issue.
This is how the kent service is
Later i have escalated the issue spoken to the local area manager of my area karapakam. With in the conversation the manager has disconnected the call.
I have made a compliment to the call centre with the local area manager's behaviour. Told that i have to escalate the issue to the floor manager.
Floor manager janardan is a such a stupid not even worried about the user concern. When i ask him to take the responsibility of the issue untill my issue is fixed & asked him to share the office extension he disconnected the call with i am on call with him.
When i call them again agent says that might be a technical issue.
There was no proper response from the team.
If they gonna follow the same patten of maintaing the managers like this
The company will loose the valuable customer & the trust on the kent.
