[Resolved] Kent RO — The bad behavior of your customer care caller | |||
I i am an owner of kent water filter.I bought it on may 2015 and i was told 4 free filter changing. 3 times your team changed the filter without any problem. Today i got a call from "najma" thats what she told her name, she was like threatening me saying that i must take warrenty otherwise she will not be responsible for any complaint that comes to the filer, and all 4 free services is been done. If only i take warrenty then only she will sent service person. I am a satisfied cusomer and like that people make very bad impression on your company.
