[Resolved] Kent RO — to return back machine which has a problem from installation

Hi, From the day 1 of installation the machine - kent grand star had a problem with the notification of low minerals. Registered too many service request and none of the service engineer can resolve the issue. It's more than 15 days not able to use drop of water. Please let us know the procedure to refund.
