I just purchased a kent perl 11 months back. Since the taste of the water was not good, i called up the customer care and asked for a free service and its free for 1 year since purchase.
The technician came home and checked the filter and told that the filter are gone so u are not getting a good taste. The filter should be replaced.
He made me afraid that if i dont get them replaced now, even the ro filters will get damaged and that will cost me more.
This machine is not even 1 year old, out of which i did not use them 4 months as i was out of station.
I finally got them changed by paying 1500. But then i found that he had to just adjust the tds level and things should have been working fine.
These people just lie to customers and get the things done. Kent service is going pathetic espicially the technicians who come home for service. Was this information helpful? |
