I bought a kent grand 1 year back. when i had purchased it i was informed that average yearly expense is about 1500 rs. in one year i have spent more that rs. 5500 alone. every two month some or the other part just goes off and we need to spend money. now i asked the agent on how much money needs to be spent on an avg for this purifier. i was shocked to know that he said[protected] is what people do spend.
Now i want to know whom to believe? when i tried calling the company website they said they dont even have a complaint mechanism. which is shocking. he can only raise service issue but not escalation or complaint?
This is the first company i have come across with no complaint forum. you can only send feedback. i am sure concern and complaint are two different things.
