[Resolved] Kent RO — Unsatisfactory service & performance of the product | |||||
Hello, Product purchase month : january2016. Product no & details: kent ro purifier. Purchased city : hyderabad Issue with product : 1. The location where we stay has a problem of hard water thus, in order to enhance the performance of the product we had installed additional sediment filter (Colander-suggested by authorized kent service guy) along with kent purifier. 2. Its 6 months since our purchase but to our disappointment we are every month facing some issue or the other. Each time the service guy turns up and changes the colander (Water sediment filter) and charges 200/- per colander and the problem continues. 3. This month (June) we again had problem with the product not able to filter water quick, service guy informs of a failed motor and replaces it. 4. Its not even a week since the issue was resolved and my water purifier again starts to choke up on filtering water. The product is a complete disappointment to me as every month it comes up with some problem or the other and the authorized service is not able to give me one final solution. Moreover, i find this product inefficient as it is not able to filter water as a standalone product. I request the concerned authorities to kindly take appropriate action. Its high time kent starts spending money on improving quality of service and product instead of giving big advertisements and funding money to celebrities!! Appreciate your much needed help.
