I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the recent installation service provided for the Kent Supreme Alkaline Black RO unit.
The technician assigned for the installation not only refused to wall-mount the RO—despite my clear request—but also coerced us into sharing the “happy code” to prematurely mark the job as complete. This was done without properly completing the installation, which is unacceptable and entirely unethical.
When contacted later to address the issue, the technician’s behavior turned rude and threatening. He blatantly said, and I quote, “Do the complaint, I don’t care.” This level o[censored]nprofessionalism is shocking and deeply concerning for a reputed brand like Kent.
Additionally, your customer care representatives claimed that the model is only wall-mountable. However, the official product datasheet clearly mentions “wall/plane” installation, which contradicts what your technician and support team have stated. This inconsistency is misleading and puts customers in a difficult position.
I demand the following actions immediately:
Arrange for a proper wall-mount installation of the product as per the model specifications.
Take strict disciplinary action against the technician for his misconduct and unethical behavior.
A written response and resolution timeline from your side.
If this matter is not resolved at the earliest, I will be compelled to escalate this issue to consumer grievance forums and social media.
Expecting an immediate response. Was this information helpful? |
