Kent RO — Useless scrap and pathetic service | |||
I bought a Kent RO Super plus model on April 1 2016 and the machine was installed on April 3 2016. The machine only worked for one day and stopped working thereafter. When I called the customer care people on April 5 2016 they didn't registered my complaint saying I have to wait for next 12 hrs. Moreover they gave me silly response to provide them with a new mobile number as my mobile number is registered with the earlier Kent ro machine which I bought for my mother 6 months back.. They even refuse to alter my address... Now I am thinking why I bought such a useless crap. Was this information helpful? | |||
