[Resolved] Kent RO — very high and unreasonable amc charges and very poor after sales service | |||||
I am looking to purchase a full amc (Annual maintenance contract) for my kent ro grand plus water purifier. The manufacturing warranty has expired recently on 4/07/2017. When i raised the service request for the amc, they said they don't provide any amc, and information will be provided by the local kent service providers and gave the request number [protected]. When i contacted the local kent service provider, the amc charges mentioned by the technician is rs.6500 with only one time replacement of filters and membrane which i think is very costly and unreasonable as tds level at my residence is not so bad and doesn't require much maintenance. Why don't kent provide the fair details of amc charges centrally /univesally instead of diverting to the local service providers? Very poor service by kent, they don't even care at responding to the customer's queries Was this information helpful? | |||||
