Hi,
I live in Lalbaug Mumbai and lodged a service request for the reason RO not working and it is promised to me that customer executive will visit my place in 24 hours.
After a day passed I called on the service executive number to know why they have not visited the place and I just received an irresponsible reply that he checked with is back office and my cell was not reachable. I called consumer help line again today and lodged this case than again they are saying it will take 12-24 hours for this to be closed.
Few questions:
- What happened to the previous service request.
- Yesterday I spoke to your representative and he told me that he will come today morning. Still I am waiting and calling him on his number which he is not picking up. Is there a system in place to check what all service complaints are open and not attended within stipulated time?
- Also now since the machine is not working it has given us real discomfort since we have to buy water from outside shops. More of money concern this is irritating for us. Nobody is giving a responsible answer from Kent side.
Have you guys even care for the customer post you sell the machine?
I am completely dissatisfied with the TAT for my service request and also with the behavior of their assigned staff. Was this information helpful? |
