Kent RO — Very Poor customer service and Rs400 collected in Warranty period | |||
We bought KENT RO on 8th March from Global marketing, Chennai, The unit got repaired and I have been chasing the Global marketing since 23rd Sep. After I have called several times, I have been told to contact KENT Toll free on 26th Sep. I am very unhappy that it took four days for Global to respond. Then I have called the tollfree and provided the machine serial number but they said the machine is not found in their system and disconnected the call. They did not even ask about the issues. Then I have called the Global marketing manager and reported the same. I have received SMS on 28th Sep that my request is registered. Someone came on 28th and inspected the unit and informed that sedimentation filter needs to be changed. No one turned up on next day, when I called the technician, he had been assigned to some other area and he wont come. Then I called the Global several times and told that technician will be coming tomorrow. Another person came on 30th, he quickly attended the fault and collected Rs.400 (we were told that this is not in warranty). I feel that the technician not understood the complaint, he changed something and gone. The unit got strucked immediately after he left. Then I have been chasing Global.
