Kent RO — Very poor service and blindly taking of too high price in spare parts

Respected Sir, About 5 days ago we had called the distributer of Kent ro+uv water filter. But there was no response towards our call and we called another service man of another distributer. He came and told us the problem. There was problem with carbon filter. He told us that the price is 700 nepalese currency. But our distributor told us 2200 rupees and banged us for calling another service man. We want foreign service to look after this complaint.
