[Resolved] Kent Ro — very poor service from aqua world service

From last 2 days i am calling aqua world bangalore to fix the kent to pearl which i have and not functioning well. The lady on the phone talking very rudely and doesn't know how to talk to customer. Don't know why kent has given them agency to provide services if the are lacking in basic ateiquete.
I am calling them frequently to address the issue and they keep on telling today/tomorrow and so far the issue is not resolved. When i have asked when the person will come then lady on phone told that when they are free they will look into it. There is no confirmation as well when the technician will come and fix it. Very poor service from kent and aqua world bangalore
