[Resolved]  Kent Ro Water — Faulty machine

I purchased a Kent water purifier from Alex Home Appliances on 7.9.2013.Which is only about two years ago. However few months after the installation the machine started giving me problems.The purifier stopped working at regular intervals . I of course had paid for a yearly maintenance contract and called them for time to time .Yet the problem till date has remained .They have not found any solution .
