Kent RO — Water not filling inside the RO

We are located at Puthun Kunnu, Sulthan Bathery, Waynad. We have a kent RO. The water is not getting filled in it despite water pressure being adequate. It doesn't get collected inside the RO but keeps drai ing out from the outlet pipe. We have been calling Mr Prajit of Zoom agency Bathery to come & repair our Kent RO for the last 10 days. But the Auth Service Stn or its rep have not answered our calls. Their response is pathetic. Kent RO along with its services centre agencies should be dragged to the Consumer court for failing to provide consumer Services as promised during the purchase of their products. Shameful attitude of a so called National Water purifier dealer.
