Sir/Madam, I had already sent the scanned copies of my Kent G+
installation card filled by Mr.Pradeep Gowda who came for installation
from M/s Pearl infotech and i have sent the bill copy issued by M/s
Pearl infotech for charging Rs.350 as towards installation charges by
giving a different nomenclature as 're-intallation' which is nothing but
cheating the customers. I hav got the audio clip - conversation
between me and Mr.Santhosh/higher authority from M/s Pearl infotech who
told that since it was not purchased from them they have charged and
normal installation charges is Rs.450/. My concern is not Rs.350 which
they have cheated my hard earned money but only how they change their
words and i have also got the audio clip in which they have told me that
the pre-filter will be serviced free of cost for one year, but when i
called up them, i was told it is not free and chargeable. I
request Kent company to arrange for free service of my grant + which i
am entitled during warranty period. I dont know inspite of several
complaints U r not at all bothered to arrange for free service of the
G+. I want the free service from some better service oriented service
centre of Kent and not from M/s Pearl Infotech.No response from your side for having received my previous mail dated 26.6.14 along with scanned copies of warranty card and bill copy from M/s Pearl infotech. U
can see the handwriting of Mr.Pradeep gowda in the bill and warranty
card on the same date. I was told by the lady in regional office of
bangalore as if i m lying that it was not first installation by M/s
Pearl Infotech (as it was told by Mr.Santosh during telecon arranged by
R.O of Bangalore, that they have done reinstallation). I m working in a
central govt office as a Gazetted Officer, there is no need for me to
lie for Rs.350 when i am getting a Central Govt. pay and i have never
gone behind money in my service of more than 16 years. I am least
bothered for money other than earning in proper way rather than making
money through unethical means. Again i would like to mention that its
not the question of Rs.350 but the way M/s Pearl infotech change their
words and they are lying the fact of first time installation without
giving the installation receipt and simply detaching the warranty card
from the kent manual book supplied with the unit and not at all serviced
the unit even once during the free service period of one year. They
even lied about the non-availability of kent make pre-filter and they
have installed a low quality pre-filter by charging Rs.2000. I just
believed that they being kent dealer would not lie about non
availability of kent prefilter. as always u cannot doubt a
dealer/company which have proved that i was at fault in believing them.once
again i request u that i dont need any service from M/s Pearl infotech
but only from some other better Kent service centre in Bangalore which
Kent company/Regional office is not at all caring to arrange so far
which shows that Kent is only interested in pushing up sales and not
interested in better and transparent service to customers without any
troublesome by service centres of kent. I dont know the email
id of the proprietor of Kent or otherwise i will mail my problems faced
with kent service as even after several phone calls and mails to kent,
grant plus unit has not been serviced. I feel ashamed for purchasing
kent which is such a worst company as the company is least bothered to
