Kent grand ro water purifier was purchased on 06/10/2016.
2 times i call for technician and he asking to replace something or other.
Its just 7 or 8 months for my water purifier, suddenly your company techinican asking for change in filter.
I don"t understand the way you people making money for the sake of replacement of the part.
