I have launched the complaint in the warranty we feel that water taste is not good and purifier was not working properly but they said it is good as our neighbours are also said at that time water taste is not good but they denied and they said it is working properly and after 2 days it stops working and again he visit to check the machine and said that filter needs to be changed and they charged me for the same and took the service charge and filer charge 1300 rs.
"warranty me prduct tha to bola ki sahi hai taste and 2 din baad bolte hai ki filter kharab hai change krna hai qki warranty khatam ho gyi thi"
This is the way that they are following to cheat the customer.
Please check this case and help us to find the resolution.
