Kent RO — Water purifier service denied by dealer during amc is on

Dear Sir,

This is for your kind information that our Kent RO service is denied by your service provider. We are the customer and user of Kent RO and availing facility since 2013 in the form of AMC. Company name is Aquair Service Point, Saba complex, 603, Khurram Nagar, Lucknow.
RO is registered in the name of Ms. Ragini Pandey, [protected], H No. B-114, Keshav Vihar, Near Kalyani Park, Kalyanpur Lucknow. Our AMC expiry date is 29.09.25.

We are requesting them to change the filters under AMC because in 2 year AMC they have not changed. In last 6 months I am on bed due to accident happened on 22nd Jan 2025 and my leg was fractured so we were not able to put request of RO service and they are saying candle change policy is lapsed. If my AMC expires date is in Sept'25 why are they not charging it in Aug'25.

We request you to please help us and do the service asap.
