[Resolved] Kent RO — water softener | |||||
I had purchased a kent automatic water softener which was installed at my residence at b 222 b, florence marvel villa, sushant lok 3, sector 57, gurgaon. The date of installation was 10/8/2016. The person interacting with us was you. The warranty paper is with me. Within 2 years the system has gone bust. We were told by malik of kent ro ([protected]), the top lcd panel has got damaged due to rainwater and it needs to be replaced. He said the damage was caused due to its placement out in the open. Fact is we were told the system is waterproof and it could be placed outside. At the time of installation the system could easily have been covered if we were advised right. The kent service team gave us a very poor response. No one even came to service or enquire about the system post installation. Now we have been waiting for the part to be replaced by almost 2 months Please ensure, as per our phone conversation, to have the damaged part replaced as soon as possible.
