I raised a service request[protected] as there was leak observed. The Technician from Water care visited and replaced SV coil and the leakage stopped. But immediately a vibration and Nosie started which was not there earlier Additionally the machines started to restart multiple times automatically. I immediately Communicated the issue to the technician but he visited 2hrs later and said the my SMPS has issues and has to be replaced and I have to pay additionally. When I opposed to pay him he removed the already replaced SV coil and left. I complained to the customer care and inturn the Area manager Naveen did not even listened to my side of the issue he just said that " whatever technician says is the final word and he cannot trust me" and took side of the Franchise.
This is the worst customer service which I have ever witnessed till today.
