I've requested a routine service and the technician replaced the RO MEMBRANE for my KENT PRIME RO, and when they're gone tank overflow problem started and prefileter overflow problem started. After calling them and requesting to solve this problem as soon as possible but they didn't come up not responded. And when I again registered a complaint against them through customer service, technicians called me and said- "Sir, The service request you availed in Feb 2021 was out of free service and we didn't take any service charge form you and this costing me money and I said that Kent company pays you not you pay them! And " I said- "My Kent RO PRIME is under four year free service and that ends in 2022 and why you bringing up all this after one and half year. And also you're not talking about the present problem you're talking about previous problem. What's the point in this!
This was the worst service I've ever experienced form a reputed company like Kent RO.
