He said both filters were gone - initially mentioned rs 1500 for the filters + service charge - after we showed the online prices (500 per filter), agreed for rs. 1000 + 300 (Service charge) - he kept changing the connections of the smps (Tripped several times) - said smps is gone after that - mentioned he'll come next day - said rs. 1300 for smps - i called customer care and they said it was rs. 935 - however he argued that it was a different smps (Even showed him the online price - kent site) - when asked him to show the price tag/cover, he said he didn't have it - he wasn't agreeing - paid him total = rs. 1300 for filters + rs. 1300 for smps = rs. 2600 (Seriously, my worst experience ever - rs. 2600 for service of a rs. 5500 unit - will never recommend a kent product nor purchase one again) - the service technician tried to take the smps too, but i took it from him - on checking the smps, only a resistor was gone - this is by far the worst experience i've had as far as service of appliances are concerned.
