It’s been 4 days that my Kent Grand Plus is not working. Despite having an AMC, I have logged numerous complaints but every time I get only one response that our technician will come and fix the issue. But no one visited.
Even in couple of time technician‘a phone number is also shared with me. And when call them they say, they will come in an hour but no one turns up.
I tried reaching higher management and wrote emails in the given mail I’d but it seems it all goes back to the same service vendor. Looks like Kent is given all their business to these vendors who don’t care about customers or their problems.
I just want to talk to someone who is employee of Kent. Was this information helpful? |
