Kent RO — Wrong billing | |||
Hi, I requested for a service for the water purifier ro system and raised a request via central help desk[protected] and it was assigned to one of the person named nayeem. I know the service charge is rs300 however nayeem charged rs395 which i find unfair. Also, i observed that last year i changed my ro purified and paid around rs 3000 + sediment + carbon filter totally rs4000+ and again yesterday he changed the ro filter and charged me rs3440/0- which i find unfair to change ro filter every year.
