I had purchase kent pristine on 11/10/2016. Product id kr[protected]. Kent claim that need replacement after 6000 literd or six months... But product fail to purify water and it's purification chamber becomes malfunction after 500 ltr. No proper service from kent. From last week we couldn't get purified water. Servicemen with cowered service. They claim to send servicemen within 24 hrs but no service from them
