[Resolved] Kent Water Purifiers — online ordered materials yet to reach even after 20 days

I had ordered for a kent tap water purifier online from kent website on 1st of november for order no #6850, knowing from my friends in advance on their miniscule presence in south india.

But till date i haven't recieved my materials and my mails and calling of their number[protected] is of no use as some body picks up the phone if they like or it keeps on ringing when transfered.

I have realized my mistake of ordering through kent and i am not doing this mistake again, so people out there if planning for water purifier please look for local options they are far better do not trust this giants.
