[Resolved]  Kent Water Softener — it has been installed badly in my absence and your service engineers do not take responsibility

I had called a person in the name ajay from kent his phone number is [protected].
He fleeced me saying i don't need kent so i will install another machine which will work better.
And he put some sand filter and vanished.
I called kent and had to pay for water softner and install that.
Now both are leaking and in terrible shape.
I need a resolution asap.
