[Resolved]  Kent Water Softener — service man took the money but did not repair the softner.

the service man came for repairing the softner and took 1550rs for getting a damaged part of it, but it has been 20 days since and he hasn't returned yet. i request you to look over my complaint as soon as possible. and also 5 years ago we bought a kent RO purifier but was forced to replace it with some other company because of the incapability of your service men, who use to replace its original parts with some local and inefficient parts. All i am trying to say is that your service men are absolutely useless and incapable and we are highly disappointed and also our neighbours and relatives were asking reviews of your product and we were forced to mention about the poor service provided by your company which automatically had a negative effect on them.
