Kerala Gramin Bank — Refund not reflected on bank account

I had ordered a product of Rs.412 in Myntra & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 12th january 2021 myntra initiated the amount to my account but I still didn't get the money. Myntra sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Kerala Gramin Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
