Kerala State Electricity Board — Energy Meter not working

Sir, I am C Malini resident of house no. KP XI/254, CRA-30, Chittalloor Road, Ambalamukku, Kowdiar P O, TVM-3. The energy meter connected to consumer no.[protected] is not working last one year because of that we are paying huge bills. I have reported and various followup in this regards no action has been taken so far.Kindly look onto the matter to replace the meter and adjust the excess bills which I have paid.
