[Resolved] Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — Transaction failed
I paid my kseb bill through tech process payment (Bhim app )on 02/june/2020, the amount is deducted from my bank account(state bank of India ) but it was no credited in my KSEB bill. Several times I complained in my bank now they told me that they need account number of KSEB. My consumer no is[protected]. how can I get my refund ?? Please take necessary action.
