[Resolved]  Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — Payment failed at payment gateway

I am Sethu Madhavan. I paid Rs. 2, 261.00 today ( 09/04/2023) through Google Pay. My details are as below:

Bank Reference number:[protected]

Amount : 2, 261.00

Unfortunately the payment is failed at payment gateway but my Bank debited the amount at the same time.

Therefore I would request you to kindly check the payment issue and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please credit back my payment or please acknowledge the receipt.
