Frequent power cuts as the fuse on the post is getting burned very often. people are suffering unnecessary as no permanent solution is done

    Hi,

    I am facing multiple power failure in a day. I have registered two complaint this week and each time KSEB have temporarily clear the issue. I need a permanent solution to this issue.

      Address: KSEB Gandhinagar, Kottayam

      From[protected] evening 6 o clock till[protected] o clock there was no power supply in our area. After 12 to 12:30 we have power and after that voltage was too low and i called up and complained to KSEB Gandhinagar, Kottayam. They told that staff is very less so they will correct it today morning. Today morning i tried to call them and a guy named Suresh who himself introduced me as the overseer talked to me harshly and cut the call. I have lost all my food materials stored in my refrigerator. Please do some training to your staff to behave properly to a customer when they complain about an issue and make them aware that customers have the right to complain and the staff should have the patience to hear it.

          Address: Prabodhini, Mannur, Calicut

          There are constant powercuts in Prabodhini, Mannur, Calicut. Everytime there is a rain and the power is turned off for the entire day or entire night. This is so circa 1980s kind of mechanism. I wonder if this is how it is in the rest of Kerala too or is it some protocol here. Please look in to it and resolve.

            There is no electricity in Amballoor area located opp Sainik school kazhakootam for 24 hours since yesterday evening 14 May, 6 pm. Even several complaints no action taken. Kindly restore power immediately. There are small children and elderly patients suffering.

              Upon resumption of power on 15/05/21 @10 am (no supply since 5pm of 14/05/21) a surge in voltage has damaged 4 nos LED tube lights and a ceiling fan at our home. The section office was informed and they located the fault at the transformer where neutral was and touching another phase wire causing a surge of 440V to our supply line
              Our cons #[protected], request a redressal to the damage resulting in our financial loss.

                I made a payment on[protected]consumer No[protected]through Quick pay of KSEB. The payment failed but I didn't get my money back. I contacted the customer care more than 15 times and mailed the issue to [protected]@gmail.com. Still the issue is pending.

                  Hi,

                  I am doing work from home and daily I am facing power cut issues.today I called kseb, anchal and they informed anchal substation is fully shutdown and they didn't give a time of power resume.
                  I have a humble request to kseb that please plan this type of activities on weekends as many them are doing work from home now a days.

                      My name is libin john. I have a registered account in kseb's online web-portal in the name of my church, vikari (Consumer number:.[protected]

                      On 07.05.2021, i performed an online transaction bill amount: rs. -474, dated.07.05.2021 The payment was made through sbi net-banking via "techprocess" payment gateway.

                      Unfortunately, following the transaction, i haven't received a payment success confirmation page or confirmation mail from kseb.in the kseb online web-portal, the transaction status still shows "initiated" for the above transaction Besides, my billing history shows that that the above bill still remains unpaid.

                      However, in my sbi net-banking account summary, the transaction has been shown as "successful" and the same amount of rs.474/- has been debited from my account

                      Therefore, kindly redress my grievance as to why kseb has not yet acknowledged the online payment which has been deemed successful by the payment agency and the payment gateway.

                        Almost everyday it is raining at Vilangara, Nillikunam, due to which electricity is gone for hours. Some solution needs to be provided because as most o[censored]s are working from home. We cannot give this excuse to our employer everyday. The electricity does not come even after the rain is stopped.

                        Please work on this and consider this as important. Everyday for hours the electricity is gone.

                          Hi Sir,

                          This is to inform you that the power condition in a city area. We are staying at chathanveli padam near NGO quarters, Ernakulam. There is no single day with 100% power availability. Just a single wind is enough for power failure. Sometimes with no reason. If we call the local KSEB office they won't pick up the call. It will always say busy. Can understand real scenario's but this is ridiculous.

                          We are staying here to meet the work from home facility. There are so many people are staying here like us. it's very badly affecting our daily routines and also work life.

                          If its not resolved now, then there won't be any power in rainy season. So kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            We are facing low voltage since yesterday.. From yesterday 1/5/2021 we are trying to contact kolenchery electricity office but not able to contact because they have put the phone in out of order. The near by places have proper voltage. We are unable to pumb water and my grandparent also suffering.please do the needful.

                              Today evening due to wind tree branch fell on main line followed by sparks and power failure.Raised complaint at kseb over phone but nobody turned up.There is danger in walking through the area.Please solve the issue urgently and restore power at the earliest.

                                        A single rain drop is enough to have a power failure in Onamthuruthu, Neendoor Kottayam, one of the worst service Ever had. Been a month we are facing power failure atleast 15 times a day. Can't sleep in the night without fan . It's summer. Workers what are you doing. Please do serve us.
