Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — disconnection of supply without notice and unwarrantedly by substation mavungal

I am a consumer in the mavungal area, of kanhangad town, kasaragod distrtict. The supply comes from chittari feeder. Every day the supply is disconnected without notice, rather unwarrantedly and wantonly. When we ask for the reason at the sub-station mavungal they are just giving unacceptable reasons rather silly and puerile. The supply is disconnected in the evenings upto late night.
